Fox Branch Ranch Community Development District
The Fox Branch Ranch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 20, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Polk County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2021-040 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Fox Branch Ranch CDD is located entirely within Polk County, Florida, and consists of approximately 400.97 acres of land. The site is located east of the CSX Railroad, west of Kathleen Road, south of undeveloped lands and north of Glenview Drive.

The Fox Branch Ranch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 20, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Polk County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2021-040. The Board of Supervisors is also authorized to exercise additional powers to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate and maintain systems and facilities for: parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural, and educational uses as authorized and described in Section 190.012(2)(a), Florida Statutes; and security powers, including but not limited to walls, fences, and electronic intrusion detection, as authorized and described in Section 190.012(s)(d), Florida Statutes.
